City Best Plus

Select City Best Plus when placing your thoroughbred Win, Each-Way & Place wagers online for Metropolitan meetings (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth) and you will receive the better of the dividends declared by the three Australian TAB's or the Starting Price (SP), whichever is the best payout.

Country Best Plus

Country Best is available for all non-metropolitan thoroughbred races including New Zealand race meetings for Win, Place and Each-Way wagers. Country Best is the best dividend of the Victorian and NSW TABs for Win, Place and Each-Way wagers on provincial racing meetings.

Lucky Loser

Sportsbet’s Lucky Loser bet allows you to select one horse in each race listed on the Lucky Loser race card that will be unplaced. Pick a horse in each race that does not pay a place dividend and you win! Available on Saturdays only. Beware, this one is tricker than it sounds!

Place Cards

When selecting a Place Card, simply select a horse to run a place in each of the four designated races and nominate your stake. Odds can be juicy and the odds for each horse you select are added together to maximise your dividend. If all four of your horses run a place, you win!

	Sportsbet have an excellent website. Its very colourful and well designed, while the racing and sports markets are kept separate which is a good idea. The site loads each page very quickly which is an important factor.
	With so much information and content all over the site, it can be confusing to navigate around at first. But after a few browses, you will quickly get your head around how the content is laid out.
Markets & Odds
	Sportsbet are well known for offering very competitive odds with their Sportsbook, and their racing service is no different. They have futures markets, plus races on all events every single day of the year.
	The fact they offer International racing, in particular Hong Kong and South Africa meetings, is a huge attraction for racing enthusiasts.
	We can't say a bad word about their racing service. They offer so many markets and at competitive odds that it's hard to find any faults.
Betting Products & Services
	Second to none in Australia when it comes to betting services and products for its members. They are one of only a few who offer a live chat help service, while the long list of products to punters is endless.
	While other bookies have launched mobile phone betting products, Sportsbet is yet to which is a little surprising. The lack of mobile phone betting software is disappointing.
Free Bets & Promotions
	Yet another field Sportsbet thrive on. The sheer volume of promotions and free bets that Sportsbet run are rivalled by none in Australia and can be taken advantage of by either the casual punter or the high roller.
