High Emocean to be sold at Inglis Chairman’s Sale
High Emocean, the gallant Melbourne Cup third-place finisher, is bidding farewell to the racetrack as she prepares for the Inglis Chairman’s Sale in May.
The seven-year-old mare, initially acquired for a modest $80,000, has amassed an impressive haul of over $1.2 million in prize money throughout her illustrious career.
Trainer Maher conveyed the decision to retire High Emocean to her owners with a poignant retrospective video, chronicling her journey from her maiden triumphs to her stellar performance in the Melbourne Cup.
